Activating global support
 
  • Login to www.myvideotalk.com and check your personal profile on your backoffice make sure all personal details are correct as per your online receipt and the email ID shown in your profile is the same email ID your are going to use to request for activating global support.
  • Open your email client (yahoo, gmail or whatever) and type in the following ... (or you can change the wordings as per your preference)

  • wait for 24 to 48 hours for reply.
  • Once you got a reply and your password was given to you login here
Activating your Video Products
  • First you need to create your password. One password is permitted to all video packages ... however, it is advisable that you should have separate sets of password for all the video packages and for your back office as a safety precaution.

where "password" is your common password for all with added four (4) letter word to categorize them.
This provide you the convenience of allowing your closest friends to upload videos without compromising your back office or global support services.
  • Login to support services and type your Rep ID and the password you received from email when you activated your global support.
  • Click submit button
  • Tick "Activation"
  • Key in your details
  • Type "Activation" on [subject box]
  • Set request to "High"
  • On the comment box type the following:
